Durham police have said that they spoke to Cummings father who confirmed his son, wife and child were there on 1/4/20 even though number 10 denied the police were involved.

I'm not sure what car they traveled to Durham in, but he is pictured getting in / out of a Land Rover, all new Jaguar / Land Rover have technology built in that amongst other things tracks every journey made which can be downloaded onto your phone / tablet.

Not sure if data protection would allow access by a 3rd party or if innocent Cummings would volunteer the data to help clear him.

The question I was waiting for someone to ask was “you drove a 60 min round trip to see if you were fit to drive and your eyesight was good enough to drive, why on earth would you take your 4 year old child and wife with you, risking not only his own and families lives, but also that of other road users and pedestrians”.
