Residents in Mosley Street are furious after their grey bins have not been collected by the Council. The bins have been outside peoples property since Tuesday evening. All other bins in the area have been collected.
The Council have been informed and still nothing has been done. Some of the bins are now overflowing and becoming a health hazard.

It's not ideal but they are not in any way presenting a 'health hazard'. If they're 'overflowing' they were presented that way which is not allowed.
I'm sure the Cleansing Services will deal with this.

They may well not have been overflowing when they were presented on the day for collection. But if the collection doesn't turn up where are you supposed to put your rubbish if you can't put it in the bin which is full but which should by then be empty?
I've had collections that have been 10 days late.

Look on Eastbank Street. 3 grey & 4 brown bins, permantely on pavement, by job centre, for the last 18 months. Council informed in Febuary. Still there.

I’m a little surprised that the Incivil Enforcement Officers haven’t been around to hand out fines for leaving the bins out for longer than allowed.
