Is this some sort of word jigsaw where we have to re-arrange random letters, words and half sentences into something intelligible?

I think it should say:
Said fraudulent. Arrest him for fraud and TAKE off his hands.
disgraceful.
No wonder, he is guilty.

Philip Green and Mike Ashley. Two of capitalism’s finest. I hope that Green is forced to put his hand into his deep pockets (again) to finance the black hole in Arcadia’s pension pot. If not, Jail.

Except it is Tina, his wife, who owns Taveta Investments, which owns the Arcadia Group

She rarely visits UK so no tax issues for her, he is only paid a pittance so won't pay tax an can come and go as he pleases. it would be nice to see a picture of him going to an interview for his Universal Credit but it won't happen he has already milked the millions from the companies and now the suppliers, landlords and the taxpayer will be millions out of pocket whilst he puts his feet up and smokes a big fat cigar on his yacht.

Of course, that’s the way the dodge works, she has permanent residence in Monaco, while he is free to spend as much time in the UK as needed while looking after “her” business interests.
Plus of course they have bled the business blind dry taking every penny and more, then when the business fails they walk away free and clean, leaving the debts unpaid.
This is the beauty of capitalism in full flow, profits for the few at the expense of the many.

His cash cow is at the abbatoirs so it's not too wonderful for him.
He is just another one in the retail sector to go, its not so much capitalism but a tiny virus seeing off a big doddering cow early.
The other systems don't pay the taxes necessary to run our society and pay for public services.

I think the fate of that cash cow is irrelevant, the cash has long gone, please don't try to paint Green as some tax paying life saver, his entire operation is based on removing as much as possible from the country and paying as little as possible back.
You know very well I'm not anti private sector as such, but I am most definitely anti tax dodging profiteers, who are all take with as little as possible give.

That - my friend - is a MASTERPIECE! Though I doubt anyone who is not gifted can see its brilliance. It is quite obviously in code which you have been unable to appreciate. Anyway - I was in a rush!
