Not me Bro! I was asked to look to see if these were available on line when we had people over or dinner.

It is the planned proposals for issuing everyone with a vaccination passport issued by the EU, but also to include the UK. It was drawn up - the date is shown on it - in 2018. You can find the actual copy on the EU web page.
https://ec.europa.eu/health/sites/he...roadmap_en.pdf
This link gives the date as 2019, but on the paper it clearly shows 2018.

No it's not, it's about having standard system / documentation for recording vaccinations across Europe rather than a mishmash of stuff that currently exists.
'Examine the feasibility of developing a common vaccination card/passport for EU citizens (that takes into account potentially different national vaccination schedules and), that is compatible with electronic immunisation information systems and recognised for use across borders, without duplicating work at national level.'
ROADMAP ON VACCINATION Last update: Q3 2019
Document control - The last date the document was updated.
Nothing sinister here, 2018 the UK was still a member.

There is no point in re-visiting all the supporting evidence to disprove your views - so if you are happy with them that is the way it is meant to be. I have my own views, supported with science, history, politics and common sense - so I am happy with my views.

Evidently not, as you repeat the same old bull in some desperate attempt to get someone, anyone, to take you seriously.
Which nobody does or ever will.
All you do is revisit the same old crap, with no evidence whatsoever unless you seriously believe a few crank websites somehow legitimise your bizarre conspiracy theories, at regular intervals.

But as I have clearly shown some is out of date particularly on coronavirus.
Which has been leading you to get mixed up and post things which are incorrect.
