The dispute is more complicated.

"In all, over 70 Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah are set to be evicted in the coming weeks, to be replaced by right-wing Jewish Israelis. The Palestinians live in houses built on land that courts have ruled were owned by Jewish religious associations before the establishment of Israel in 1948"
That fact is set out in law with legal documents of ownership.
The Palestinians do not dispute the legality only the unfair law which does not give them equal legal right to claim back land in Israel built on by Israeli's.
Human rights backs Palestinians -they lose their homes.
Israeli Law backs Israeli Jews they legally own the land.

Please also note, slight change to avatar picture. I hadn’t realised the clenched fist part was so offensive.
Edit. Oh dear. It hasn’t worked. Back to the drawing board.
Edit 2. Done. Surely no one will find this one offensive?

I will share that with friends, colleagues and family, some of whom (by marriage) are Lebanese-Palestinian Christians with a Russian Jewish great grandmother.

Sorted. Yes thanks. It’s the flag of Palestine, with whom their residents my sympathies lie. Also is the statement Free Palestine, in reference to the 50 years of military occupation by the state of Israel.

Hamas has a law on selling property and land to Israeli Jews from or Jews from anywhere else in the world.
Guilty Palestinians are executed.
Apart from being unfair on Palestinians it puts Jewish residents at risk of being driven out of homes by violence for Palestinian occupation.

Can't say I've heard of many cases of the Jewish population being driven out by Palestinians....Though there have been numerous reported instances of Palestinians being displaced by Jewish settlers.

Did you not know about The Israeli West Bank Barrier?
Quote
"The barrier was built during the Second Intifada that began in September 2000 by the Israeli government following a wave of Palestinian political violence and incidents of terrorism inside Israel.[5] The Israeli government cites a decreased number of suicide bombings carried out from the West Bank as evidence of its efficacy, after such attacks fell from 73 (between 2000 and July 2003 – the completion of the "first continuous segment"), to 12 (from August 2003 to the end of 2006).[6][7] While the barrier was initially presented as a temporary security measure in a time of heightened tensions, it has since been associated with a future political border between Israel and Palestine."

Gaza Strip.
....."The settlers who refused to accept government compensation packages and voluntarily vacate their homes prior to the 15 August 2005 deadline were evicted by Israeli security forces over a period of several days.[2] The eviction of all residents, demolition of the residential buildings and evacuation of associated security personnel from the Gaza Strip was completed by 12 September 2005.[3] The eviction and dismantlement of the four settlements in the northern West Bank was completed ten days later. 8,000 Jewish settlers from the 21 settlements in the Gaza Strip were relocated. The settlers received an average of more than US$200,000 in compensation per family.[4]"

I don't dispute the above. However, they were relocated by the Israeli authorities - not by Palestinians.

Fair point.
They were relocated out of Gaza as the IDF could not protect them once it became under Palestinian control.

I can only imagine how hard it is for your average Palestinian to use the Israeli court system.
Even if a case goes their way you can imagine the government making swift changes.
