They will be very grateful to have an easy 10 days virtually working from home.

"A rose by any other name" Shakespeare. Romeo and Juliet, I think.
You wish! I actually studied the biology of humans from the age of nine, including poisons, various bone injuries, diseases , etc., and took a deep interest in the subject for a great number of years - until - I witnessed someone who suffered a blow to the head and damaged an artery. The blood spurting out very fast to some height, in time with their heartbeat made me feel very sick. That had not been included in my study books.
Metals. That was another study of mine along with geology. I experimented on the nano properties of most common metals. I had a huge collection of rocks at one time. Actually, Pyrite is very easy to distinguish from gold.
So that little tidbit should keep you off my back for a while.
I enjoy discussions with anyone - without the internet, which I only use for brief occasions to provide any page which contains some allusion to that which I know, in order to present 'a link' - anything serious, I would not touch the internet with a bargepole, it is becoming rather like the media - full of false facts.

Yes, similarly - the restrictions on traffic have proved just as effective, haven't they?
I was on the beach today - there was not one person wearing a mask. Came back through town which was very busy - counted three people wearing a mask, called into a shop, no-one was wearing a mask. Called into another shop - only the assistant was wearing a mask and complained bitterly that she could not wait to remove it tomorrow. So I guess it depends on where you are as to what restrictions people are adhering to.

Idiot! If people had ten brain cells or less, they would not be able to read it would they? They would not have the capacity to do any more than follow the Governments propaganda.

When he said 'a new more dangerous variant' they probably already new about 'Delta Plus' .
So you have BEEN TOLD. Got any evidence? Anyway, variants are generally weaker than the original virus, which in itself was pretty weak anyway.

His (unvaccinated) father has it and is very poorly. His father has, we assume, infected his unvaccinated brother and his family.
Now grandson's 3 younger siblings are showing symptoms. Snuffly, coughing, lethargic. My daughter started with symptoms last night. I'm hoping her single jab is enough to protect her. 3 younger siblings went to see their Dad (different father). He's unvaccinated. It seems the Delta variation has almost 100% transmissibility in households. And so it goes on.
What I found odd was that even though the 11 year old was sent home, his younger brothers and sister were allowed in school. I know there has to be a balance between getting kids in school and keeping the virus contained, but it really isn't working. All I'm hearing is kids infecting adults and other kids.
And so many adults aren't getting vaccinated. In my extended family, I'd say a third of adults have taken it up. Madness. I can see a repeat of last year regarding peaks and troughs of infection. Hopefully with far less deaths.
Your family do unfortunately seem to be going through a very unusual and rare rough time with their health. It must be very hard on you.
Please can you tell me in your own words, has this happened just now, or has it been going on for some while? Since you gave no indication in your previous comments. Can you tell me if your family tested positive after the test cycle was increased or before? From Monday when your son tested positive, how long after did symptoms begin to show?
Both Johnson and Javid have both had both vaccinations, and yet still contracted the virus for a second time. So how can you be sure where the other siblings caught it from?
Can you tell me, again in your own words - how you, or those who made the decision, managed to make an accurate diagnosis on the symptoms as opposed to the symptoms of a different type of coronavirus?
Do all your family live local or are they spread out in the UK?
Your answers could be very helpful to anyone else who may be caught out by this virus. Thank you

What's with the repeated "tell me in your own words" shtick? It's you who's a lazy c&p merchant.
As heartless inquisitions go, that's a vampiric doozy . You sound as though you're practising to be a Job's comforter.
Btw, I've 'Disliked' your post, as I know how important it is for you to achieve your target of 400 dislikes for your output on here (before your next goal of 500 dislikes, etc...). I'm pleased to help as it was nothing to me.

The questions were arranged as a media reporter would have asked them and for a single purpose only. Your only response was abusive - without answering one of the questions. I an only deal with the facts as you produce them, not fairy tales.

I could ask when it was you lost your sense of reasoning which you displayed initially? However, if you want to appear as you do - it is your choice.
