I started watching 2 episodes of the new David E. Kelly series on Amazon last night. I usually enjoy anything that he does. It's called Nine Perfect Strangers and stars Nicole Kidman. The final episode isn't on until Wednesday, so I'll watch 5 episodes by Tuesday and catch the final on Wed.
I've been watching Nine Perfect Strangers. Enjoying it so far, except Nicole Kidman is getting on my baps a bit.
I like a bit of weirdness, so I'll give Brand New Cherry Flavour a go.
Started watching 'Y - The Last Man'. Think it's on Hulu. Every male mammal on earth suddenly upped and died, except for one chap. Only seen a couple of episodes but it's promising.
Last night I binged 'Alma's Not Normal' on BBC iPlayer. Very funny, but not if you're easily offended. Siobhan Finneran, absolutely cracking actress, was brilliant. But it is very, very sweary.

I can't watch her nowadays. The tragedy of one of the best actors in the world restricted by that generic Botox 'expression' is too much.

Confusing at times, but a really good series. I've just started the 3rd season.
I'm finding that one of the main actors being the absolute bleeding spit of Mads Mikkelsen is making things even more eerie! The writers are clearly having a bit of fun with that, too.
Moving from German criminals to Spanish criminals, I'm told that Money Heist is uber-addictive?
Also, an R.I.P. to Fools and Horses John Challis, Boycie, the 'Peckham pal'.

The latest films I’ve seen and liked on Netflix are ,, the accountant , the white tiger , fractured, the hit-mans apprentice, I don’t feel at home in this world anymore , black mass , Arkansas , James Acasters repertoire, ‘71, shutter island and Rush. The last 3 are oldies but goodies, there’s always something to watch on Netflix . I must have seen hundreds of Netflix films my favourite one is still “ kenny begins “ can’t wait for kenny begins 2 kenny star fighter .

Money Heist is good. I've not started the new series yet, but I enjoyed the others. The first series in particular. You're always wondering 'how are they possibly going to get out of this situation'. Worth a watch.
Just started the second series of 'The Morning Show' on Apple+. Didn't expect to like it, but it's very sharp. Everyone over 30 has that same Nicole Kidman tight faced expression, but ignore that and it's entertaining.

I'll second that.
You’re always left wanting for more.
Orwell said "If there is hope, it lies in the proles." Whilst champagne socialists see diversity idealised at university, the common folk experience it first hand in their neighbour hoods.

Man on Fire is very good film starring Denzil Washington, also Lilyhammer (English and Norwegian subtitles). It’s dark humour, 3 series altogether both Netflix.

I am glad the BBC 'Vigil' submarine misery is over and I do not care who did it.
