He won’t be going to prison unfortunately. It’s a civil case, not a criminal one. It’s where the nonce belongs though.

The 'Trial' is a Civil Case, he could ignore it if he wanted but the case would go against him in his absence, the accuser is probably safer now Prince Philip has gone (probably Prince Andrew as well!).

Having not taken part and not refuted any allegations the court could / would award all the costs against him together with any damages without any mitigating factors could be quite substantial.

Yea but if he fights and wins will he get all his titles and stuff back, it’s not inconceivable that he will fight, put up a good fight or win even. These are British Royals they dealing with and they are quite influential and powerful, rich and have a lot at their disposal .

And what if she has an accident just by chance does it all go away then?.

If he had legal sex in London with her then legal sex in New York then illegal sex with her in Virgin Islands due to their local laws and she was paid 15 grand is it likely that the charges of assault and battery would stand given that she knew what was expected of her and she had sex with Epstein many times and worked as a masseuse of all things. Remember the case is in US Courts, he hasn't got a cat in hells chance of coming out of this unscathed, he is irretrievably wounded now and I suspect the whole Royal Family is.
