They are only billing companies they don't actually do anything in the provision of the fuel, any customers moved across from Avro have been told that their new tariff will be cheaper than anything available on the market so why wouldn't anybody take the cheapest deal available to suit their consumption levels.

They ended up with the cheapest deal at the time. They can now switch to the cheapest deal available now, which might be a little bit more expensive.
Anyone not regularly seeking the cheapest energy deal is a fool or has money to literally burn.

It's no trouble at all, I don't do anything. Once migrated I'll do a comparison search and switch out if there's cheaper.
I was with Iressa when they folded and was switched then to Octopus so been through it before, there's no hassle or worry, yes this time I'll be paying more but in comparison to many years of savings it will be insignificant.
