How did that happen
Milan: A private jet crashed into a building - sadly killing all staff and passengers on board, may their God Bless them all.
Private jets receive more care and attention than public airliners, they have the highest trained staff - so how could that happen?

If you'd actually bothered to find out the reason you'd have discovered that the aircraft's owner was at the controls.....

If you make a comparison of fatalities based on the same number of flying hours, private planes are responsible for far more fatalities per hour than commercial airlines. One of the main reasons is pilot error. Pilots are trained to much lower standards than commercial pilots. They're not retested as often, and they don't fly practically every day. Bad weather is often a factor too. And no matter how well maintained a private plane may be, it doesn’t have the number of safety features/backup systems that a large commercial jet has.
The pilot and the plane are often just not up to it. I can recall quite a few high profile people losing their life in private plane crashes due to bad judgement on the part of the pilot. Whatever the reason, private or commercial, it's very sad to hear of people losing their lives.

No-one wishes to see or hear of aircraft crashes, however the rest of your post is total garbage, a PPL doesn’t come close to a commercial pilots license, where do you get the idea that the staff associated with private aircraft are the highest trained? maintenance on private aircraft is very often only as and when needed, rather than on a fixed maintenance plan, if commercial aircraft suffered the same number of crashes as private aircraft there would be a major outcry at least.
