I don’t think a fiver a month is too bad I watch around 2 films a day, tonight I just watched an Indian spy film called (RAW) Romeo Akbar Walter about the conflict with Pakistan in 1971, was a good film and now having a look at something called Alice in borderland for tomorrow, looks a bit like squid game, not sure yet tho just found it.
Sisyphus is a good series to wade through
There’s a brill one called The spy with Sacha Baron Cohen, yea he is great as borat or Ali G but fantastic as a straight ( as in un comical ) actor .

Amazon Prime, Narrowboat around Britain . . .
Interesting documentary set locally, Rufford, Tarleton, Parbold canal trip in excellent 4K, well worth a watch!

On 24/09/2021 on the Netflix thread #26 I had just put up that this was good, I had just finished it as it had just come on Netflix . Since then many folk have said how brilliant it is, the next Korean film in this vein I watched was Sisyphus that’s also worth a watch. I am still waiting for the sequel to kenny begins .. kenny star fighter a real feel good caper. Anyway back to the umbrella academy, super so far, some series have great soundtracks this one has hit after hit after hit, really blinding tracks .

One of my favourite films this year was on bbc 1 on Christmas Day, I was putting off watching Mary poppins 2 but when I watched it I was in wonder at how they picked it up from where it left off, I felt certain that this film could not be continued, remade or anything like that but it being one of my favourite all time films I was riveted to my seat in awe watching it .
On Netflix lately I watched Malachis cove (1978 ) which was good but the best film I have seen on Netflix lately is this Tom hanks one , A beautiful day in the neighbourhood … absolutely wonderful.
