It is odd the way the lefty losers queue up to vent their invective over Boris. Whilst your busy exploring your lexicons do remember that he beat the opposition handsomely twice.
Calling him simple and a buffoon doesn't really wash unless your prepared to call the vanquished something worse.
He is even despite a tsunami of problems in the lead in the polls.
Methinks there is more than a tad of jealousy from those without the capacity to work things out on a grander scale.
Why do I keep losing is perhaps a better question.

What exactly have you 'won'?
I listed a few of his ******-ups. His incompetence. His lies. His corruption. The list could go on for pages and pages.
You don't, well you can't, deny any of it, it's happened, they are facts, And you've 'won'?
The country is a mess. We're an international joke. More people are being plunged into poverty daily. Fuel prices rocketing. And your beloved has been censured by his own MPs today. His incapacity to lead the country in any way at all has led to 10s of thousands of unnecessary deaths. The latest: his buddy was booted out by the electorate, then in 2019 Johnson elevated him to the Lords, now its payback as Johnson stays at his luxury villa in Marbella. they don't even try to hide it anymore, corruption, cronyism is their stock in trade.
He's a failed hack that continually fails upward. And that's basically down to Brexit. Without the machine that spewed out propaganda and lies, you really think he'd be PM now?
And you 'won'?
Families grieving, families having a choice between eating and heating, companies going to the wall, largest tax hikes since WW2, he's said '****** business' and proved he meant it.
Where is the 'win'?
Going off the comments, which are (from you) 'Boris is my sweetheart, Boris is wonderful, take me Boris please' and from others 'that wooden statue', there is no political nous. No awareness of policy, direction, economics, not even thousands of dead people, shift that utter ignorance of what is actually happening, and what is coming. You don't want a Prime Minister, a politician, you want a clown. Go to a ******* circus then.
Not saying that 'wooden statue' (because that's what counts, not intelligence, not political talent) would be miles better. But he certainly couldn't be worse. What might he have given us? Tax rises? Poverty? A 'magic money tree' that wastes public finances? A 4 day week because there's no fuel? Handled the pandemic worse? Would he have to continually 'save Christmas'?
Elderly fools driven by some tribal instinct and the fear of bull***** such as 'Turkey is joining the EU so millions will come here'. I can't figure out if Tory voters are thick as pig*****, xenophobic wankers, inbred, or just complete and utter morons. Because if they think this is 'winning', there's always those magic beans.
In short, your 'win' is down to a very fragile ego, because you, and just over half the people who bothered to vote in the referendum, are gullible idiots. In the election, the vast majority of votes went to pro-EU parties. The Tories got an 80 seat majority from 42% of votes. The system is warped. But 'democracy' right?
Tribal idiots who couldn't give a shiny shite about this country, as long as you put a cross next to the 'winner'.
You keep 'winning'. At least we didn't get a Labour government to turn us into 'another Venezuela', right? Cue some sneering about 'losers' and 'bitter' while poor people die of hypothermia and exist on handouts from foodbanks. Big week for the 'winners' coming up, as Frost tries to undo the damage to the NI protocol that he negotiated and described as 'excellent'.
Winning all the way.

Much of what we see from the Johnson lovers is very Trump like, were gaining and keeping control is the be all and end all, policies come a poor second.

wow there are clearly some great thinkers here.
Johnson won an election based on lies 2 years ago, so that makes him impossible to criticise now,,,an election hung around "Getting Brexit Done" where ( ironically) 52% of the vote was for a second referendum or to remain..
Since then we have had one episode of incompetence, corruption and arrogance after another. Every cabinet minister taking comfort from the fact that there is always another one even worse..
I'd love to know from the bright sparks here...
Two years in, we have yet to do a significant trade deal which wasn't just an inferior rollover of what we had as EU members. We desperately need to seal the massive hole in our exports and to give hope to our fishing industry, farmers, manufacturers, finance houses...so here are the questions...
1. Where from?
2. How would any other country have trust in us-vital to a trade deal-when in less than a year we want to break a treaty we agreed to, with particular reference to an element WE SUGGESTED?
Answers on a postcard

And do you actually believe that a Labour Government would have handled this situation any better, then you're deluded.

Do you think it could have been worse?
The present incumbents have proved incompetence and dishonesty on a resounding scale time & time again, should not the whole country be demanding a change?
