On line racial abuse.
I see a keyboard warrior racially abused a Southport player after a defeat at York City. How very brave of the warrior , bet he / she wouldnt have the guts to abuse the player face to face . Gutless b.....d.
Have these lowlifes no decency or guts .

I'd point out that it was a York "supporter" doing the abusing.

On line abuse of any sort is cowardly, but this spate,(particularly from alleged football supporters) is nasty, sure discuss or even criticise a footballers performance, but to lace that with racist slurs really is lacking in everything decent and/or civilised.
In answer to your question, these lowlifes are out and out cowards, they wouldn't have the guts to say that sort of stuff to anyone.

What is it about football that it attracts people who are well so childish.
Making monkey noises as I have heard recently from football fans has even left the playground years ago.
Perhaps we should send bananas round at half time for them they are the monkeys.
The amazingly talented Raheem Stirling who was being abused is fitter, faster, better looking and probably richer than most of them.
They would be lucky to have a week in his black skin.

What I dont understand is that you dont hear idiots racially abusing other sportsmen, it seems to be only football.

It’s not just racism. I can’t think of any other sport where you see so much hatred and violence on display between opposing teams fans.

I think the destruction of the Man City team bus by Liverpool "fans"?? is a great indication of the level of knuckle draggers who purport to be football supporters, and this from a club who seek pity for the Hillsborough disaster.
Most of the culprits I imagine wouldn't even have been born in 1989 but they showed they would have had no pity if a Man City player had been killed by their missiles.
I remember the days when every club started a new season with the hope of being champions of their current league division, not now unless you support one of a handful of premier league clubs you know you have Zero chance which quite frankly is not what the game is about and it is about time that a system of level playing field was implemented. Financial Fair Play is a laugh it just lets the big?? 4/5/6 get even further away from the rest.
That is from a season ticket holder at a big club who couldn't stomach the rising wages paid to average players in football and turned to Rugby League it was a more honest game but now some clubs seem to coach the football play acting and feigning injury to gain advantage which is being looked at and hopefully forced out of the game.

There is one famous black footballer who very wisely said "Let it show you are bothered and it attracts more of the same abuse" His response to abuse was to repeat the same terms against himself, and laugh about it publicly. I applaud his commonsense.
Those who whinge about verbal abuse are the weakest in society, and are seen as such. Let people return to being a human race again, if you cannot stand up for yourself, you can not stand up to anything that life throws at you.

Which footballer said that they racially abused themself?
And why do you repeatedly complain about people being rude and insulting to you on here then?

That is a bit below the belt! Hillsborough had nothing to do with racial tension nor with football hooliganism.
Football is a far cry from the actual sport - it is a money making business and a tax cop out for the owners. The only time you will see real football is when you visit the small town leagues where the sport is the focus not the money, or by watching the kids football matches at school.

No you are totally wrong, the ones who speak out about it are the strongest, speaking out is standing up for oneself.
You are out of order, your post is condoning it, you are showing your true colours.

Yet again your post speak volumes.
Those who speak out against abuse couldn't be further away from being weak they are way stronger than the pathetic creatures who hide behind a keyboard and post their filth.
