As less than half the people in the area got the information those figures are wrong! I was informed last night that Sustrans will be redelivering to the 4,500 residents in the area as information had not been delivered for which they apologized for to numerous people last night ( and most probably during the day)

I'm not in a position to impose anything on anyone.
Just pointing out that in a representative democracy the elected representatives are there to do what they think is best for everyone, not to simply carry out the wishes of the majority.
