That is all rubbish, there hasn't been a naturally occurring outbreak of Smallpox since 1980.
Because smallpox no longer occurs naturally, scientists are only concerned that it could reemerge through bioterrorism - get ready for your next vaccine
I gave you several links to creditable reports - and you quote me a link that is less than creditable. Snopes when it first started out issued good trustworthy reporting. Then when it became heavily sponsored - it changed. Few pay any heed to its reports. It is a bait and switch company and leans towards its sponsors.
8 Jun 2018 — These days what's called 'fact checking' is no more than a comprehensive gotcha effort.
One of the leading Snopes people was asked for a response to the Daily Mail report. The response was "It's Secret"
Who fact checks the fact checkers?
The USA are re-visiting the smallpox vaccine with the possibility of vaccinating the whole population. So successful were they in raising funds over the Covid vaccinations. But there is a problem - the smallpox vaccinations were good but carried high risks. The USA is looking to redevelop this vaccine.
When the outbreak occurred in the 1900's in Leicester, they found out that by using the Leicester Method was far more effective than the vaccine. This involved cleaning areas and using disinfectants. Small pox was due to dirty living conditions and there are still outbreaks today in certain parts of the World.
Since you attempted to better me on research and failed, perhaps you would like to study other vaccinations more objectively and see what you can find to support your theory.
What on earth are you burbling on about? Did you actually read the Snopes' page? If you had, you would have seen an embedded link to an archive showing pages from the Atlas of Clinical Medicine, Surgery and Pathology, which is held by the University of Leeds. Pic. taken from the link below.
My point was not made to address vaccine efficacy. It was made to rebut your erroneous contention that the photo was a fake.
The rest of your above post is gobbledygook. US success in raising funds over Covid, what is this about?
The new smallpox vaccine was developed to enable vaccination of people who couldn't have the standard smallpox vaccine due to pre-existing medical conditions. It will not be rolled out to the millions of people who have already been vaccinated for smallpox.
Did you also know that health workers including Nurses and Doctors hold the largest percentage group refusing to have the vaccination? That says a a lot, doesn't it? Forbes
That report was USA Forbes.
UK healthcare workers vaccine uptake from February 2021
if so point me to your mystery source of wisdom so I and others might somehow pull ourselves somewhere near your level.
I have asked before and so have others.
We might soon be thinking you haven't got one at this rate.
Just as an aside your comment;
And you really expected the internet to give you an answer that is in contention to what they are selling? You're dafter than a brush!
appears to show a rather large flaw in your understanding of how the internet works.
After all Prof your on the internet
You should not take everything the internet publishes as gospel either. It is heavily policed now. I have come across items that publish reports igoring scientific fact, newspaper articles that have been redacted to suit popular brainwashing and WW1 photos hat have been photo shopped. There are articles I read a while back that have been withdrawn. This has become so common now that people are writing to one another in code - it will keep the CIA guessing anyway.
For much of my information - I have no gone back to using my library - they cannot change old books.
We know the wilder allegations regarding the covid vaccine have been well and truly debunked, but now we are finding anti vaccine allegations against all manner of vaccines.
We all know that medical science doesn't get everything right, but in the main vaccines have been one of the most important tools against infectious disease.
For a change, instead of constantly battling uniformed and very often deliberate misinformation, let's try simple logic and common sense.
The covid vaccine like most vaccines is not an impenetrable barrier, but it does certainly help prevent and reduce infection, this is being proven across the world, not just in 1 or 2 isolated cases.
All those who feel this is a disease only dangerous to the elderly and those with underlying health issues, the young and fit are barely troubled, now it is certainly true that the death rates among the said young and fit are nowhere near as high, but what is becoming clearer is that covid is leaving many of those with debilitating and dangerous conditions, some long term, some permanent.
This clamour about a new experimental vaccine, think again, every single medication we use barely without thought, has at some time been new and experimental, considering that these vaccines have already been used more extensively than just about any new drug I can think of, without major drawbacks, I feel much safer with the vaccine than without it.
The moans about the vaccine being mandatory, it isn't, however if the unvaccinated come up against restrictions, the answer is their own hands, remember there are many countries where even visitors are obliged to be vaccinated against prevalent disease in that country.
For me the vaccines are currently the only weapon we have against covid, objectors and deniers are baying at the moon, with not the slightest clue as to an alternative, doesn't make any sense at all.

Not relying on one article or opinion by cross checking helps.
We have all been swayed by a well presented piece.
Ho ho, we have all been caught out again by an old trick … the government have actually said they are leaning towards the idea of mandatory vaccines for NHS staff and a lot of people have interpreted this as it’s definitely going to happen and MAYBE it will but a lot of times the government say things like we are reviewing an idea or having a meeting about thinking about implementing an idea in the fullness of time and people read that as it’s definitely going to happen.
Leaning towards the idea is just that, unless they have announced it’s definitely going to happen and set a date for it.

But the internet doesn't publish anything, it is just a connected network of computers.
The rather fancifull thought that the CIA et al is interested in yours or my covid theories is somewhat dubious.
Your old Library will struggle with a new and novel virus.
Maybe you need to update, science is constantly evolving.
