Btw, on Googling 'genny' this definition with example sentences from urban dictionary came up:
Genny
A term men use to reference their scrotums in a quasi-polite manner.
It is so hot today, Genny is drowning in sweat.
There isn't a straightener on this planet that can fix Genny's curly fro.

Thank you, but I feel most of the credit has to go to the PNP...

How 'flawed'?
When 30% of car trips are made instead by bike, thanks to a decent network of safe cycle-friendly routes, it equates to a 30% reduction in car usage.

Haven't you already had this conversation earlier in the thread?......

Fact remains, that 30% less people on bikes would equal 30% more cars. Unless of course, those ex-cyclists decided to share cars, lol!

Perhaps I should have defined 'car trips' better, for Stu's benefit......
When a car (inc taxis or people-carriers ) is not used for a particular trip, because the person/s it would have carried have been able to cycle, that vehicle will not be entering the road system. So, with 30% of those vehicles left on driveways/on ranks, there will be 30% less congestion, considerably less pollution and noise - and traffic queues will be 30% shorter.
