Now we have a blizzard of them, greatly assisted by social media as millions read them and embellish them. Q Anon is at the moment the zenith...someone has managed to cobble together a whole string of them, so there's something there for everyone...a sort of Quality Street approach.
I still reckon the mighty Q is similar to the Mighty Oz. Some Incel neckbeard on a PC in his mother's basement. All smoke and mirrors, only 'Q' just has to tap a few keys to produce the illusion.
People are desperate to believe something. Some particularly impotent, angry types especially. I'd bet the Venn Diagram of MAGAts, Q-Anoners and anti-vaxxers is almost a perfect circle. Just as here they'd be Tommy Robinson supporter types, Brexiteers and anti-vaxxers. Again not a perfect circle there, but one hell of a tight overlap.
Maybe some people need to believe there are dark forces at work. Or, in the case of incidents like Sandy Hook, it's easier to believe that there's a government cover up rather than the problem is with society itself. Gun ownership, mental health issues, that sort of thing.
I must admit, aside from the utterly bizarre Pizzagate and JFK returning types, there are a few entertaining theories. The Moon Landings theory was a good one. Apart from science.
I did watch a 2 hour long Youtube video that indeed linked the whole thing, Trump being some kind of Messiah sent to save America, Hillary Clinton being the virtual anti-Christ, Freemasonry, Jews (of course...), JFK jr, Covid, the whole shebang. Obviously I approached it with a whole sea of salt, rather than a grain, but despite the professional look of it, you'd have to be Olympic level gullible to be taken in by it.
But some are. And as bensherman said, somebody is monetising it. Snake-oil salesmen preying on the vulnerable. Only problem is, as on January 6th, enough of them together means trouble. I still reckon the anti-vax mob are going to escalate into deadly violence soon. Led by the nose, seeing demons / the Illuminati / gene manipulation / aliens / whoever lurking behind every jab.

You seem to have missed out on the news about anti-vaxxers?? There are already very violent protests taking place in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Croatia, Italy, Northern Ireland, and the French territory of Guadeloupe.
To force people to take a vaccination is to legalise GBH. So if you agree with this forced vaccination then you won't mind if you get beaten up on the street as it would be legal.
Based on Science - the Moon Landings were a false flag. How do you make out that science proved it was true?
Explain how a Venn Diagram can be a perfect circle when Venn diagrams are depictions of many various groups? None will be of all and all will be of none.
What has Brexit got to do with Anti-vaxxers, or Tommy Robinson for that matter? These have very little connection to a Venn diagram since they are mainly individual groups with only a minor connection to one another.
Conspiracy Researchers - Take for instance, the Christchurch Mosque? I bet you were all taken in by that report - since you are not likely to have the same connections. I remember sitting watching the video, while someone behind me was doubled up laughing. That person was a devout Muslim who immediately pointed out the false facts and called the film ridiculous. Can you explain why males and females were shown praying side by side in that mosque? Can you explain why blood was spattered all over the people and the floors but none on the walls? Can you explain why a man was covered in splattered blood but had none on his shoes, face or hands? Can you explain how the shooter filmed himself shooting in the mosque? What is YOUR theory?
You will find ALL those terrorist attacks are false flags. You should not just watch the media believing everything you see and are told. Ask yourself, does that seem right?

Trying to outdo the BNPNP?
- You didn't watch the video
- There wasn't someone behind you doubled-up laughing
- That supposed person wasn't a devout Muslim
- That supposed person didn't find anything faked
- No Muslim could be friends with you
- The mass-murderer in the video was and is an alt-right white supremacist. His manifesto was entitled The Great Replacement, a conspiracy theory which warns of a coming White Genocide. N.B. You may have noticed a forum poster over the course of the last two weeks repeatedly and shamelessly warning about the coming Great Replacement, manging to be simultaneously Islamophobic and anti-Semitic. (N.B. That's not something to be proud of.)

As I said, people are desperate to believe something. Some particularly impotent, angry types especially. Those who are stamping their feet and won't be told, like a toddler having a tantrum. They aren't freedom fighting renegades, they are YouTube immunologists who are exceptionally gullible.
I keep asking these idiots what ingredient in the vaccine are they particularly upset over. Never get an answer.

Don't be so ******* stupid. Nobody is being forced to take the vaccine. If they choose not to, then their options may be limited regarding employment, leisure and travel. Tough. Just as if you want to visit certain countries, you need vaccination certificates such as Yellow Fever. As for 'you won't mind if you get beaten up on the street' is concerned, grow up. Again, the logic of a peevish toddler. There is no equivalence.
Based on Science - the Moon Landings were a false flag. How do you make out that science proved it was true?
Again, grow up. I'm pretty sure that not only at least one of the 1000s and 1000s of people involved would have blown a whistle or two, but respected scientists in the 50-odd years since would have proven it impossible. Or is it 'YoU cAn'T seE aNY sTarS'?

I didn't say 'a perfect circle', I said 'almost'. I was mistaken, I really should have added 'climate change deniers' in that mix.
All more angry, impotent little wannabe libertarians, all trying to find a conspiracy to prove their lack of understanding, lack of control, or simple rage against being 'told'. All disregarding facts. All gullible, easily persuaded that some 'other' is moving against them.

I think DR has covered that. You're an idiot, a bigot, and a liar. There was no footage of that nature released, unless you went to some dark corners of the internet. Which I've no doubt you do, with your particular 'interests'.
There was no 'devout Muslim', and nobody was laughing, unless they (you) are a seriously disturbed individual.
Just like the Sandy Hook incident, you've gone to one of your 'Infowars' style sites and are parroting whatever bull you've found there. As you've done before.
You will find ALL those terrorist attacks are false flags. You should not just watch the media believing everything you see and are told. Ask yourself, does that seem right?

"since you are not likely to have the same connections"
I have this vision of secret meeting places where groups of selected people which include "Devout Muslims" watch and debate secret intelligence.
The room must hum with all those super-performing neurons.
Do I need a Bible?
A Quran?
Does everyone have to be male?
What do I need to wear?
Your not pulling aside bits of clothing are you?

Do you also hold the view YouGov polling is all a big fix?

YouGov is fixed, those 'invited' to take part are invited because of their profile that they filled in when they registered and on their answers given in previous polls.

I've explained previously, on a number of threads, re some of your notions.
For example, from post #81 onwards on the "Andrew" thread:

A vaccine campaign is a public health policy. We live in families, communities and society. Vaccines facilitate societal living. A vaccine's aim is to prevent and/or lessen - not to harm!
I can imagine anti-vaxxers likening a mandatory vaccination to 'being stabbed', etc. They'd probably seek 'justice' against a surgeon who'd saved their life for 'wounding with intent' and want the anaesthetist done for 'intoxicating' them!
If there were an online referendum with the choices being vaccination optional vs vaccination mandatory I feel the mandatory option would be the clear winner.

From Yougov;-
Q. Aren’t your surveys self-selecting – and therefore likely to be skewed to people who have strong views about the subject of any given poll, rather than representative of the public as a whole?
A. No. When we seek the views of the general public, we select which respondents we want to survey. Only those selected are able to complete the questionnaire. When

And...?
With that bombshell, 'smoking gun' info (from Google, no less), you could start here:

Good luck with that.

Ah! The latest 'smoking gun' evidence that YouGov surveys are 'rigged' comes from...a YouGov Q&A page! Hmmm...!
The thing is: You're quoting an explanation, not an admission! They're explaining why their methodology is better.

There you go again Regular habit of yours - when you cannot answer, you fall back on personal insults. That which you THINK you know comes straight from the media - missing out the middle man who would tell you differently - and you are completely satisfied thinking you know all all there is to know about various events. Sad person.
