Rainbow Hub are offering their annual 'Recycle your Christmas Tree' service saving people time and hassle in the New Year - and raising funds for the charity.
These 'tree fellers' - and ladies - will collect and recycle Christmas trees on Saturday 8th or Sunday 9th January for a suggested minimum donation of £10 per tree.
A team of volunteer collectors and vans will collect trees in postcodes PR6, PR7, PR25, PR26, WN6, WN8, L39 and L40 which locally includes Southport, Ormskirk, Aughton, Burscough, Scarisbrick and Hesketh Bank.
Tree collections can be booked up to Wednesday 5th January online @ www.rainbowhub.org or by phone on 01704 823276 - all donations will be used to help Rainbow Hub continue to support children and young people with physical and neurological disabilities.
Cleaner Gardens, Leyland, Access4Lofts and Brysdales will be helping with the collection again this year but Rainbow Hub are also asking for anyone else with a van and a little time to spare to assist with the collections; if you can help contact Emma Parish on 01704 823276, e: e.parish@rainbowhub.org
