Labours ventilation proposals
I know they don't want windows opening but what exactly do they want?
Various shadow people keep mentioning it.

If the 'shadow' people are asking for it then ask Said, they're experts on shadow people!

Not until they can view it with hindsight to claim the 'said it all along'.

Some European countries have window opening policies but I can't find exactly what Labour want, it just seems so vague as clearly buildings and their uses are so different..
Retrofitting air filtering systems to deal with covid would be very disruptive and expensive.
Without regular maintenance possibly more harmful.
Opening windows regularly even in winter is good.

I cannot see many people opening windows with their fuel bill costs at the moment.

A few minutes of fresh air per hour is a cheap way to better health.

Swedish ?
If all those few minutes were saved up in one long walk in the fresh air every day it would still be healthy.

Even more healthy if people left the masks off while they are out walking, they would get more fresh air.
