Btw, all electric bikes can be set to provide as much - or as little - assistance as you require, so exercise as much or as little as the fancy takes you.
Electric cargo-bikes, might have a use for the local butcher, baker, candlestick maker, get real.
Yesterday I had a package delivered just after 10.00 am, nothing enormous, could have been carried on a bike, but it came from Manchester, can just imagine some poor soul leaving Manchester at the crack of doom, pedalling like a demented hamster on a wheel, to get to Southport and make a delivery by 10.00am, again very limited use or no use at all.

Btw, some years ago, I did make a start (yes really) on a tiny-camper to tow behind a pushbike. The parts are still here, having never got round to finishing it....If it ever emerges complete into the daylight, you'll not mistake it - being a scaled-down replica of a traditional horsedrawn bow-top Gypsy caravan.
Ha ha please stop, you are walking yourself into the wall with that last paragraph, what next cardboard wings ..or a bathtub boat powered by a shower head facing backwards . He he oh dear .

Yet again you demonstrate your inability to be other than economical with the truth.
Yes, you have described what vehicles you have, including refusing to state what type of "electric vehicle" you claim to own, other than that it is, apparently, unique in appearance.

That being the case, safe cycling infrastructure is well overdue!

A new example of how local councils treat the mainly unloved surge for more cycle lanes:

Not referring to safe cycling, merely that no-one would be sending primary school age children out on to the open road without supervision, sure as youngsters came to age of secondary school age they would be allowed to cycle more freely, I most certainly was, however, not sure whether we were better trained or just simply more careful, but no way did we think that we had the right to cycle anywhere and everywhere and other traffic would make space.
Sure there was less traffic, but also that traffic was considerably more dangerous, ride in front of many vehicles at that time and sure as hell you would get hit, they simply couldn't stop or change direction as quickly as today's vehicles.
There is room and space for all, provided everyone uses the roads sensibly, this current cry that cyclists suddenly need more room than HGVs, everyone must provide an unhindered clear route, when the reality is that cycling is a tiny minority of road users, it's like building a multi million gallon super tanker which will only need to carry a few gallons for possibly half the year.

I get your point, but there is a way around that.....Over in the EU, they are trialling local mini-distribution nodes. It would work like this: a large (e.g. Amazon) truck does the main Southport drop once a day to a container located centrally in town. From there, a small fleet of electric cargo-bikes load packages for local delivery. Seems to be working out well in the EU trials - and sounds a lot like the low-carbon future we're all moving towards!
