Neil Young has told Spotify to take his material off their site as they continue to host Joe Rogan podcasts.
Young is small beer compared to Rogan...Spotify is paying $100m for his podcasts in which he spreads every manner of numbskull Covid stuff. Like invermectin.
I have a few Young tracks in my Spotify selection and will miss them but I applaud his action of principle.

It seems not to have crossed his what amounts to a mind that if the manufacturers of the product thought it might cure Covid, they'd be right there getting FDA approval for it? Like most of this sh*t it takes a couple of minutes of rational thought to blow a big hole in it.

Young, like me, thinks that if a lot of people (sadly) hang on what you say it brings with it some sense of responsibility.

Clearly there are limits, but one thing that the pandemic has taught us again is that literally nothing is a black and white issue. I could debate for hours the pros and cons of masks for example

True - people should be encouraged to make up their own minds - but in the present day, few people can be bothered to become well-read, they prefer to be fed information and are happy to accept that without question.

As for the masks - anyone who has dry sanded a wall will know all about the inefficiency of masks for sure
