Classic answer your a serious textbook case, people start off being angered by your sort but when they learn all about the difficulties you suffer with this illness they end up feeling sad for you, you have no friends, people avoid you , you can’t keep up a healthy relationship, you need to feel as if you are actually someone, grandiose, special, liked and so on it must be horrible. There is no real cure for this it started in your childhood through neglect as a defence against the world and you will suffer from it all your life . .

'Local' is (apparently) being deliberately dense, re ice at the Poles....Everyone knows that sea ice floats on the sea, so obviously (to everyone except 'local' ) whether it melts or not, in itself makes not an inch of difference to sealevel. Whereas the ancient ice covering the Antarctic continent and Greenland, when melted will raise sealevels massively.

You might want to mention about your state of paranoia too, the next time you attend outpatients. If you’re not careful you could end up as a inpatient again.
