It's the final countdown for a great family weekend featuring food, drinks, music -and the Ormskirk 10K.

Ormskirk Cricket Club is hosting the latest Ormskirk food festival next weekend, (Friday 27th to Sunday 29th September) with entry just £5 which includes a drink token.

Tickets are available from Ormskirk Cricket Club or The Cricketers; on offer will be 25 cask ales, lagers, cider and gin from the function room with some fabulous live music in the Pavilion.

And food stalls including bbq, Mexican, Indian street food, craft pies, fish and chips, an ice cream van and pizzas will tickle lots of taste buds.

Sunday is family fun day and includes fairground attractions, trampolines, bouncy castles and face painting for children.
