Skelmersdale U3A will be moving their focus from Famous Liverpool Women to a warmer topic ‘Walking Across Africa’ given by Fran Sandham, on Thursday 18th April.
We meet in the Ecumenical Centre at 2.15pm.
At our last meeting we welcomed three visitors, and are looking forward to increasing our membership.
U3A nationally is supporting Arriva in its new campaign – Connecting Communities. Arriva operates over 5,000 buses across the UK and aims to highlight every U3A along its routes.
Our next meeting in May will be our Annual General Meeting and open to all.
