Trust me on this: if you introduce the subject of 'magnet fishing' to any woman, attraction is not what she'll feel.

A mag mount is not very strong is it? I have never used one myself.
I think it depends on where you go to use the magnet. My mate is more interested in historical finds rather than scrap metal - so his magnet is not overly strong.
