Early nights too, so not so much bingeing. Looking forward to a few series coming back soon. I loved 'Snowpiercer' and that's back. Blacklist too, one of my all time favourites, though I do have to use Kodi to watch it. And The Walking Dead, I've been missing my zombie fix.
We finished all improvements and repairs just wondering how to amuse through the winter when fate dealt us one child caught in lockdown post Christmas stay now working from home.

That's not bad. I wish ours were stuck with us.

    Then again...maybe not

I've had all manner of ideas what I'd do if we got locked down again. Of course that's all gone out of the window. One room decorated, then I mainly take short walks, shout at a few politicians (of all colours, might I add) on the telly, and either read or transfer e-books I intend to read onto my tablet.

So I've re-read my Margaret Atwoods, bought a few more and glare at my exercise bike. I do some work too. But I hate 'zooming' with lockdown hair. It's causing much hilarity with its 'burst mattress' style.

But apart from that, it's all good.

I have forgotten the feeling of coming home from work exhausted.
Cannot remember the last time I was starving from missing a meal
or looked around the house and thought where do I start!

    Watched 'The Dig'.Loved it.

    'The Investigation'.
    Six part Danish series.

Very well done especially as it focuses on the police and investigation team.

Got 'The Dig' on my list. I'll have a look at 'The Investigation'.

Also 'Lupin' and 'Call My Agent' when I get round to them.

Currently Kodi-ing 'The Stand'. Not many decent Stephen King adaptions, but I'm enjoying it. And halfway through 'Breaking Bad'. It is very good, don't know why I didn't bother with it when it aired.

I'm finding it increasingly odd when I see people shaking hands or hugging in films. Bizarre.

What about people(I have seen 'professional' characters-police lawyers) celebrating with a shared hip flask or wine bottle. breaks me out in a cold sweat.

I know. Mind you, I'm not keen on that kind of thing without a pandemic.

OH was watching soaps the other day, and all I could hear was mumbling along the lines of 'don't they know there's a pandemic on'. I said 'it's just escapism' and he reckons that it sends the wrong message.

Kind of prefer the escapism, but it does look odd even seeing someone in a pub. I think even after we've all been fully vaccinated it's going to take a long time before we get to any kind of normal.

It is good to be transported in entertainment.

I said to Mr H this morning I missed the smell of the sea coast.
He replied I bet sandgrounders miss the hills.

Hope you enjoy it. We watched "The Dig", very good. I knew about the famous Sutton Hoo but nothing of the people involved. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie which was well done.

We are on the 2nd series of The a word.

Cannot say I like the characters much apart from the adorable children
as you say the scenery is wonderful and music catchy.

She sings, "World, shut your mouth, shut your mouth
Put your head back in the clouds and shut your mouth
World, shut your mouth, shut your mouth
Put your head back in the clouds and shut your mouth"

Not the politest song to sing around the house.

Lupin-gave up on it after a few episodes.
    Too irritating a plot.

Ordinary people with all too common difficulties. Life is not always as simple as we would like. Christopher Eccleston as always, is excellent.

Another excellent movie about a child is "The Gift" It's on Netflix.
