Tesco Kew
Yesterday I got in touch with Tescos CEO via Email over the poor and dangerous public access to their Kew store .
I mentioned the fact that the outside lighting to the rear of the store has had problems for many months .
I also point out that the gutters to the building have vegetation growing in them causing the gutters to overflow . There are also many fresh water grids overflowing causing customers to walk through puddles . The tree line to the rear of the store is overgrown , all these points I suggested are hazards for tesco customers and the general public .
I received today a return E mail. Thanking me for getting touch and raising the issues.
It will be interesting to see what action is taken .
REST IN PEACE THE 96.

Tesco Kew is being run down, shelves have barely any stock and staff are depleted it may be that redevelopment for housing is more attractive ?
They either throw a lot of money in a crowded market at it or pull the plug, if Sainsburys gets built it will further tighten the noose.

That said they cannot put peoples health and safety at risk .

There is no risk , gutter leaking or a puddle.
Hardly the end of the world.

This - honestly what some people do to fill the day beggars belief sometimes.

Please enlighten me further!
I can honestly say that I have not had ANY problems accessing their store - no mater which way I have approached it!

Do you actually think Tesco’s CEO got your E-mail? Telling you now your correspondence went no further than some minimum wage Customer Services staff who will probably just forward it to the store manager. You could have just as easily mentioned it at the Customer Services desk in store. Sorry to p!ss on your chips.

The only bit I think is unsafe is if you're walking in from Folkestone Road, at night it's pitch dark.

I shopped there yesterday.
Weird place to put the crisp nuts and chocolate aisle.

I agree with the above. Went there this morning and a lot of blank spaces where shelves labelled 'temporarily out of stock' or simply a blank space. They've also got yet another problem with the freezer cabinets as the chips and fries section was completely empty. I can understand running out of an item when there is a rush on stuff due to hot weather or whatever, but 'small tins of potatoes' ?
The place needs a major revamp if they are to actively compete with the other market leaders.

Are you absolutely certain that you actually went into Tesco yesterday?
I went in and all appeared to be the same or similar to how it was when I went there last week!
Shelves fully stacked and plenty of choices.
