Does a popular Southport town centre estate agents need some extra lessons in history and geography?
QLocal reporter Roger Blaxall - who's also press and PR officer for Friends of Real Lancashire - couldn't help but notice local properties in the Entwistle Green shop window advertised as in Lancashire and Merseyside.
Said one local trader: "Houses tend to sell better when described as located in Southport, Lancashire."
