I'd like to know how much rent the Grand & Lords hotel are paying the Council for the road that they are using for outdoor drinking?

I seem to recall it was the council's decision to close the road during covid so that people could drink outside when that was the only option. So probably nothing.

Qlocal have asked Sefton Council for clarification on the road usage. Will update once reply received.

It's the council's road. The council closed it. Why would they charge themselves?
