A disgusting dog owner has taken the trouble to pick up their dogs poo and then dumped it in an abandoned shopping trolley in Union Street.

I can’t understand why people don’t pick up after there dogs. I take my dogs out with my son every morning and night. If the dog poos you pick it up. I live near a school, I end up picking other dogs doo as I dont want young mums having to push & clean pram wheels etc. Before they take buggy’s back into there homes. If you own a dog clean up after them.Rant over.

That is fantastic that you do that - but you should not have to. The lack of responsibility of some dog owners is reflected in the way they treat their animals - they really don't have a clue!
