It strikes me his half witted attempts at seeking legal possession are coming to a sticky end.
He has clung on like a cockroach surrounding himself with tat, his half-baked interpretation of the law has demonstrably failed on its application.
The notion that the council is engaging in some sort of "land grab" falls apart with even cursory examination.
He clearly isn't "very clever" and to call Ms Mays government marxist is preposterous.
He may have elicited some support if he hadn't made such a mess.
I pity his neighbours.

You're not so bad at spouting, (yes - it's spouting not spurting), crap yourself.
If you knew your stuff then you'd be only too aware the rules on 'Adverse Possesion' have changed and it is no longer enough to occupy land without challenge to claim it as your own.
Notwithstanding that I'm sure the alleged 'Probate Dispute' would have negated any Adverse Possesion claim.
Mr Parkinson must indeed be a clever chap, I remember he started his degree at the Lancashire Law School the same time as I did.
Having said that he lasted all of a fortnight!!!!!

It's difficult to understand his claim of ownership of the land . And why on Earth the council hasn't taken this action sooner both for the tenants safety and the publics .

He contradicts himself in his poster - first he claims he owns the property, then he claims he is a sitting tenant.
If anyone was doing a land grab here, i would say it was him.

What is the difference between a man who collects broken and damaged Chinese porcelain and pays millions of pounds for them.
and a man who collects old news papers that has cost him nothing.
No difference............
One is a crack pot who collects cracked pots
and the other is sane in my opinion.
But the trouble is, society thinks the man who collects the news papers is mad.
The man in this story does not fit into society, but who has the right to say so. Is it Sefton Council.
They are the people who want to cut down the beautiful trees in Formby.
Now who is the mad one.
Just my opinion I hope it is not taken the wrong way.

I do wish people would stop getting all misty eyed over this individual and citing his various eccentricities as mitigation for his actions and demeanour.
He is a thoroughly unpleasant man to deal with who has accumulated more crap on that land than Steptoe and son whilst simultaneously allowed the building to become dilapidated and dangerous.
Why should any individual be allowed to behave in such a manner which clearly impacts severely upon their neigbours merely because they are a bit quirky?

This man is a nasty individual.Checking on his records has never paid one penny in personal or council tax in his entire life. Has refused all help that has been offered him as a homeless person. Even to the extent that if the value of the eye sore property was given to him in cash £200,000 may be less give or take a few bob. He still won't leave. That's out of his own mouth. Why has he not been locked up or sectioned?? Feel free any body to go and speak to the man. Is he one of the people who has slipped under the NHS mental health radar due to cuts. As it your council tax money that is being paid to send contractors to keep him out of the property. He has been arrested every day for breach of peace ,trespass etc. Yet released and back on the property by nightfall. Keeping him self warm on bypassed electricity? Before any body asks I have spoken to this parasite .Might buy myself an extension lead, keep my house warm. Keep up with the Jones etc 😂😬😳🤕.It's given frost for next 2 weeks😂

Erroll Parkinson has said that the cars in his garden are his collection of old vehicles which are very valuable to collectors. The state that these are in, I would doubt it very much. That also does not explain the tons of other rubbish in the garden either. I am given to understand that the landlord of the property died recently, and that the only other relative of the landlord was his sister who died two years ago. Although, I was also given to understand that it was his sister who was contesting the probate of the property only last year and a notice was placed on the gate of the property to that effect. There is a lot of misinformation, possibly originating from Mr.Parkinson himself.

No body is opposing probate. The man is totally bonkers. He has been evicted legally. Yet he is still there. Only when the new owner by purchase of property kicks him out and gets and injunction against him will he go. Then he will make some sort of last stand. This man has no claim on the land. Has lived there for years ,never paid a bill, totally devalued the property taking the roof off, filling the land full of rubbish. None of the vehicles are worth any thing but scrap. Which they have to be taken to Liverpool to get removal costs back. Not worth a " Bean" As the job has now been tendered.

I went past the house yesterday, some-one has started removing the old cars and clearing the site. There are a couple of Reliant Robins in the road outside waiting to be collected. About time!!!!!
