I've witnessed cyclists being cut up/put at risk multiple times....But it's only the really bad incidents that I have felt compelled to report. Sometimes there's outright denial from the culprits office, other times there have been positive outcomes. Btw, what I saw on Eastbank Street needed no embellishment!
