Kalash Divine Indian restaurant in Southport is celebrating winning the title of Best Traditional Indian Restaurant in the Northern Enterprise Awards 2021.

The stylish venue opened at the Ribble building-end of Lord Street two years ago.

The Northern Enterprise Awards celebrate the industriousness and the dedication of the businesses and enterprises hailing from the north of England.

Kalash Diving Indian owners Ranjeet Singh and Alvino Cardozo were eager to create a renaissance of Indian cuisine with a series of stylish and imaginative dishes to highlight the very best of south east Asia.

We are absolutely over the moon to be named as Best Traditional Indian Restaurant in the Northern Enterprise Awards 2021!
We are fairly new to the town but have been so warmly welcomed since we opened our doors.

We are so grateful to all our customers for your support, custom and friendship.

Staying in the caravan park nearby and decided to eat here because of proximity as much as anything but very glad we did.

My wife and I follow a plant based diet and we were delighted to see that vegetarian and vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. Moreover when we told the manager about our requirements he was very happy to answer any questions and to make recommendations. All the food was superb and didn't all taste very similar as can sometimes happen with Indian cuisine. In short I would not hesitate in recommending this restaurant and both the food and service were first class.
Fantastic food and service as ever from the best Indian restaurant in Southport and beyond. Great to hear the comments from neighbouring tables of visiting golfers and others from around the UK as they discovered just how good the authentic Indian cooking is at this gem of a restaurant.
Ate here whilst staying away for work. I’ve eaten in many Indian restaurants and this has topped them all.

Full of flavour and you could tell that fresh produce was used. Genuinely the nicest Curry I’ve had. Hats off to the chef and waiting staff, really really good!
We went to this restaurant on the last evening of a weekend in Southport. What an excellent conclusion to our stay.
It’s warm and inviting, lovely welcome from the staff, promptly seated for an early evening dinner.
We (four of us) chose starters and offered a selection to share, which we agreed to amd we weren’t disappointed. Delicious tiny spicy lamb chops, succulent prawns, tasty fried chicken bites.
Our knowledgeable waiter informed us of the geographical origins of each main course we selected, and the spices we could expect. Being with good friends we sampled each other’s food. Delicious, but the biryani was outstanding.
Altogether a great meal and I wish they were local to our home!
