The "I can't wear a mask cos of underlying health conditions" excuse tends to be undermined by the fact he's clearly covered in sh**e from working on a building site.

I hope he is banned from all public transport.

I went into Liverpool last week and the number of people not wearing masks was frightening. There were also a large number of people wearing the mask under their nose or even just around their chin. This was both on trains and on stations. On stations they were ignored by Merseyrail staff. There were no Merseyrail staff on the trains except the driver!

According to comments he's made to The Sun (which will go down well on Merseyside) he's a roofer but cannot wear a mask on public transport because of panic attacks brought on by his father's death 5 years ago.
There's always a convoluted implausible excuse.

The saddest part of that video is all the other idiots on that train defending the idiot who won’t wear a mask.

TV said he will appear in court in JANUARY, he should have been up by now!

This is what is up with the 'Justice System', it takes far too long, what is the reason for it taking so long, he needs to be up immediately as an example to others.

Well you shouldn’t be. Vast majority of scousers are good people with a wicked sense of humour. Don’t let the minority spoil it for the majority.

The excuses put forward for not wearing a mask are many and varied but surely the thing to worry about is getting or giving coronavirus that surely is something everyone wants to avoid.

If you have a medical condition such as asthma then finding a way to wear at least a visor must surely be better than risking a bad case.

Bringing up his father's death is particularly low excuse and not one I heard at the time of the incident , someone will defend I suppose.

The problem with a youngish fit man is he will probably be pretty unaffected by the virus and as you say if you have a medical condition or have somebody at home who has you try to protect yourself to protect them also but if you're off you face on drink or drugs it is a different kettle of fish. He should have been up before the beak and dealt with by now but when he is up in January the significance of the offence both to him and the wider general public will have diminished.
