One of the UK's fastest growing car brands is setting up shop in Southport.

Chapelhouse in Ainsdale is one of the latest dealers to take on MG, the former British company which went bust in 2005 and is now owned by China's mighty SAIC.

MG Motor UK is steadily adding new dealers to its portfolio with the company now on a roll thanks to its latest range of cars like the UK's cheapest all electric model, the ZS-E which recently beat the Nissan Leaf in a head to head Auto Express test.

MG has 100 dealers nationwide; Chapelhouse's Lancashire 'rivals' are currently in Preston and Chorley which is why the firm's so keen to get MG on board with its potential in west Lancashire. The cars will be sold locally from December time.
