“You can imagine my surprise when Vernon Kay announced my name! Well I started shaking and my I couldn’t speak because I was so overwhelmed!” says Karen Brown, a Southport Avon representative, speaking about the moment she realised she had won.

Each year, Avon announce an incentive open to both Reps and Sales Leaders, called ‘The Circle of Excellence’. It’s a programme where the top Reps and Sales Leaders are whisked away for an all expenses paid holiday of a lifetime. The 2021 incentive prize was an all expenses trip to Toronto, Canada including Niagara Falls.

“There is certainly a lot of suspense with these incentives as the qualifying period is a whole 12 months.” Says Karen

The Avon January conference this year saw ‘Sara Davies’ speaking at it, a ‘dragon’ from TVs Dragon’s Den

“Sara was absolutely amazing! She’s an inspiring woman“ says Karen.

Celebrity, Vernon Kay also hosted the awards ceremony in the evening.

“He was so funny and kept everyone entertained! “ reports Karen.

“There was so much suspense all evening as they left ‘The Circle of Excellence’ until near the end. I couldn’t believe it when they called my name !! Within minutes of the announcement, my confirmation email was received, confirming the prize! I can’t tell you how happy I am.”

Karen will be going to Canada on an all expenses paid trip and see Niagra Falls, courtesy of Avon.

“One things for sure - since joining Avon, I’ve never looked back. It really is a fantastic opportunity.” Karen said.
