What are all you Tories so afraid of? never seen so much paranoia, most of it lead by the right wing press.
I detest, despise and distrust the Tories totally, frankly my fears and expectations as to how they actually react have been proved right on too many occasions, they claim to believe in less control and less government, what they mean is a free for all for the financiers and wealthy, the country and the majority of people barely figure.
Did you know for instance that the UK is very near the bottom of the list for financial viability, based on a countries debts compared to assets, we stand below Nigeria, Kenya, in fact the only Western country below us is Portugal, One major reason is simply the country barely owns any assets, most have been sold of (gifted) to financiers, many of which are foreign with profits from these assets leaving the country.
This country must be a honeypot for freeloading financiers.

Well said Mr Fox. Couldn’t agree more. And don’t worry, come the revolution, we’ll have all the buggers up against a wall.

Given that the top 1% of Income Tax payers who you would like to see dead are responsible for 28% of the total take in income tax I was just wondering what your plans were for bridging the shortfall?

There will be a complete redistribution of wealth. But that will be the least of your worries as you watch your precious capitalist economy come crashing down at your feet.

That's so wonderfully simple that it makes you wonder why such a philosophy has not been tried and proved successful before. Or maybe it has somewhere? Can you give us an example?

Perhaps you need some help, as usual, Dav... here is the sentence:
"Damien said: ‘I have always felt an urge to serve but speaking to our town’s veterans over the last year, I decided it was time to actually do something about it and have joined the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme."
So according to Damien, he's apparently always felt the urge to service and then decided to do something about it by joining this scheme... except that this scheme isn't part of the Armed Forces.
It is privately run and is basically an educational course for MPs intended to give them a bit more insight into forces life - he doesn't go on deployment; isn't even a reservist and is most definitely not serving.
No matter how much he or you get all dreamy about the picture of him in camo' - it's actually pretty shameful to suggest he is. Other folks earn the right to say that.
