BBC1 on Thursday evening showed "The Jubilee Pudding-70 Years in the Baking".
It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as five exceptional home bakers were chosen from thousands in a national competition to find a brand new pudding to mark the Queen’s historic platinum jubilee.
Judged by: Mary Berry, Roger Pizey, Monica Galetti, Jane Dunn, Matt Adlard, Rahul Mandal and Regula Wsewijn.
No doubt there were some amazing puddings that were fit for the Queen.
The winner was: Jemma Melvin from Southport who wowed the judges with her lemon inspired pudding.
The Duchess of Cornwall was there to name and congratulate the winner.
