Not guilty to attempted murder when he discharged a Firearm in busy Street! Was he thinking that discharging a firearm was going to tickle the person he aimed at? It should rightly be Attempted Murder, not wounding with intent to cause actual bodily harm.

The good news is, The fact he's pleaded not guilty means he'll get a longer sentence.

I would be very careful what you all say here about this as it comes under Sub Judice. We wouldn't want to prejudice his trail in his favor would we.

Don't recall anyone saying anything about the case, Certainly no more than what is common knowledge and written in the media.

Well good luck to his counsel, trying to convince a Jury that shooting someone in the head with a shotgun isn't attempted murder.

I dont agree with shootings and other acts of violence as innocent people can get caught up in it but if its out the way and only scrotes bumping off other scrotes then fair play

Prisoners on remand often plead not guilty when face with overwhelming evidence and staring down the barrel of a certain custodial sentence.
The reason is that they 'enjoy' a more favourable regime in prison than those already convicted or awaiting sentence.
