Southport MP Damien Moore has released a video with an update on what he is doing to try to sort out the Northern Rail timetable changes.

Northern's timetable change has been poorly handled, and it needs putting right. Watch my update on the situation.

What HE is doing? What expertise has our MP got at sorting out problems that HIS Conservative Party caused. Perhaps browbeating the "privatisation dogma" out of the heads of his ilk might save us tax payers a few bob.

Another Tory "success" then... every day just reinforces the need for renationalisation.

This is just more posturing from our local MP - very like when Damien claimed he'd had meetings with and secured assurance from RBS that they would not be closing their Southport branches, and then just after RBS announced they were shutting Birkdale!

O to be within slapping distance of Grayling. Just one among many useless cabinet ministers.

Has Moore just woke up and realised that he has missed a band wagon jumping opportunity, many other politicians have been on the case for weeks, he shows his face when it looks as if things may just be improving slightly, no doubt he will then be proclaiming his success, when he has done sweet FA.

So, no change then.
