Was looking at old maps and comparing them to modern day when I came across a section of Selworthy Road between Lancaster and Granville Roads that appears to have been removed and grassed over.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why and when?

When I was a pupil at The High School, parts of Selworthy Road were just fields some of the houses that are there now we're not built in the 60's. Hope this answers your query.

Passage way though past the school of the deaf from one road to the next walked down there many a time with the kids to get to the beach
