Due to the success of our current lessons, we have decided to add another session to our timetable.

Every Wednesday at 6-7:15. Ages 7+ to adults are welcome. You don't need to be superfit, just come with a good attitude ready to try and work hard. Great for keeping fit, flexibility, toning, confidence, focus, discipline.

Traditional Shotokan Karate taught by Sensei Dave Ginger 5th Dan. He is a member of the AMA National Squad and The Armed Forces Karate Team as well as representing Keio Karate Kai on a regular basis. He has over 25 years coaching experience and is Fully insured, CRB Checked and First Aid trained.
