Liverpool Fans The "Gap " thread is back

Due to public demand I find it my duty to revive the famous "GAP" thread.

Man U, Southport, Derby, Bolton, Man C. and any of the Scottish supporters can also post on the thread.

It is only a few weeks now until Rafa the manager of Liverpool stands down and Liverpool FC is sold to someone who has never been to a football match in is life. Who only visits places, the likes of Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, Nat.West, and Bank of Scotlsnd 3 times a day.

The reign of Liverpool FC will follow the road of Acrington Stanley and Bradford Park Ave and may follow the way of the fortunes of Southport. On the other hand Havent and Waterlooville who The Reds face next in the FA Cup. may follow the fortunes of Wigan.

May be we will see Havant and Waterlooville (the haven't and have nots) becoming the new Wigan. (Who by the way Everton destroyed to day.) and get Premiership status.

As I have brought up the word Premiership, by the way for the posters that don't know this is the only ship that has not docked in the Capital of Culture and looks like it will never do so. May be a sad day for Liverpool but we do have another local team to replace them, Bootle.

So before Rafa returns to the family cafe business I thought that I would put a bit of humour into chat forum.

As you know I am an ardent fan of Everton and Havant & Waterlooville and may be a little bias

I have been thinking with all the money that is in the premiership that Everton the peoples and no money club, playing in an antique stadium (I like the sound of that) are lying 4th in the worlds best football league.

This must mean that if you take out the millions of pounds pumped into the clubs like CH£LS£A, ARS£NAL, Celtic, and LIVERP$$L that Everton, the manager and the players are probably the number 1 club in Britain. Well ahead of the famous teams of the past, the likes of Aston Villa, Spurs, Newcatle, and Blackburn.

To the Liverpool fans who are reading this and thinking they could be with a manager the likes off Big Sam on Derby Day and remembering the 3-0 defeat of last season.

There could be light at the end of the Mersey Tunnel and I an not referring to the Tramnere end. or known as the down point to the Everton fans of a few seasons ago...............

You could win the champions league in the same season as being knocked out of the FA Cup by my team Havant and Waterlooville.

    Back to the gap.

Each week you can follow the fall from grace of Liverpool on this thread.

Now I wonder if any Liverpool supporters have the courage to face the above statement of facts with a post of their own other than a 3 word comment. Luckyjacks posts come to mind

By the way Sunday night I am opening my shop so any Liverpool fans who would like to become a Havant & Waterlooville fan can sign the White and Blue Book.

Liverpool boy at heart....as always.....and i have to say im dissapointed....surely theres a better argument against us?

its a conspiracy....the gap is just to lure Sven and his men into a false sense of security

and as for Everton Neverton/Manchester Uniturd/Chavski/Arsenal (too obvious ) ....just think of the gap as a christmas gift thats lasted a bit longer than normal....because scousers are nice like that

however if push comes to shove we're always 4 points clear at the top of the SPL

    What new stadium

The new owners won't want that.

They will get more money by useing Stanley Park as a car park for the Everton and Havant and Waterloo fans.

Nothing funnier than a sad and bitter Toffee man churning it out ad nauseam.
Overheard comment from a Bluenose at the Wigan game:- "The trouble with us lot is we worry too much about what Liverpool do..."

Not just Toffee's you know us Mancs are here as well, however worry is not the word I would use just happiness when every year the Premiership passes you by And the toffee's as the Premiership stands today have absolutly nothing to worry about, come on Villa
