P.A.Gilston Building Contractor enables the customer to acquire the services of a number of skilled workers who work together thereby eliminating the problems that often arise when individual workmen or firms try to fulfill their part of the contract. In addition, if further works are needed or the "brief" changes once work begins, we pride ourselves on being able to offer professional advice as well as accommodate the customer's requirements.

We provide free estimates for all types of building work and, for prospective house purchasers, an invaluable assessment of works that may be required to the exterior and interior of the property. We are able to give an overall picture as to the cost of any roof work, building work - including Wall Ties - and the condition of the Damp Course. This estimate can be produced in conjunction with a Structural Engineer's report if provided. Our quotations are always competitive and all our work is guaranteed.

We are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, The Federation of Builders and are listed on the Fair Trades Register. A lost of referees is also sent out with all quotations.
