    Koreans now buying English antiques.

With the pound at a low the flood gates are about to open in the antique world.

Mr Gyun and Mr Ran on a flying buying trip to the North West of England

I posted the only pictures I had of what they bought.
They have bought a 40ft container + a van full of antiques and may be a hand full of Egyptian furniture.

    genuine old cast brass
pestle and mortar or is it mortar and pestle
or is this just the mortar or is this the pestle.

this is your home work for tonight.

no photo of the inside, this would determine the answer.

going by the colour do you think it could bronze
some bronze can polish up like brass.

The symbols look like a tourist item.

Not the thing I would even pick up in a car boot sale.

    but I can be wrong.

I have learned that if the base of an item is large (equal to the diameter of the top.) there is more chance of a bigger return on your money. This rule may not always apply.
