Hi. I'm a professional therapeutic masseuse with 10 years experience practicing a variety of techniques to meet with each individuals needs.I am a mobile masseuse for those people who are busy and prefer the comfort of their own home, or you can visit me in Penwortham or Leyland, recently I have been working with the chiropractor John Parson learning a fantastic technique called ‘'AMR'' Advanced Muscle Reconditioning, which has fixed my shoulder after 7 years of pain.

I can personally recommend this hands on therapy and guarantee pain relief. It is a simple and better way to treat muscles targeting the problem area. If your condition is musculoskeletal: herniated disc, degenerative joint disease, arthritis, bursitis, stenosis, sciatica, spondylolisthesis, a bone spur, pinched nerve, sprain, strain etc, and you are otherwise healthy, AMR is it - the holy grail!

If your condition is systemic with musculoskeletal effects, AMR does not cure but does give unparalleled relief. i.e. fibromyalgia, diabetes.



Most of my training has been completed in New Zealand. I also practice the ''Brendon Raynor Bodywork'' technique style of using the best from a range of massage theories including deep tissue , Shiatsu, Thai, Lomi Lomi &*Swedish b ut rather than having set strokes or being based on a massage formula, it works on a very*individual basis. The treatments aim to loosen tight muscles, break down scar tissue/adhesions in the muscle fibers, and also restores and maintains functionality and flexibility of the muscles and tendons. It can help the muscles perform better and prevent injury. Muscular injuries heal more effectively with the help of a deep tissue massage.

I have studied ‘'Chi Neil Tsang''( stomach manipulation) with Gilles Marin. This therapy works mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touches, to train internal organs to work more efficiently. Unprocessed emotional charges are also addressed in this manner, as well as all of the body systems: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, muscular-skeletal, P.M.T and the acupuncture meridian system .

I also offer an Indian Head Massage. Working with a firm and gentle rhythm it helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension as well as calming the spirit and aiding relaxation, it also improves circulation in the head, enhances the senses and promotes clear thinking also works on areas affected by mental and emotional stress.

Specialist therapy , I have 5 years experience working with people on the A.S.D (Autism Spectrum Disorder) I offer a person centered approach to each individual. Incorporating massage and intensive interaction which encourages motivation, communication, body awareness while giving a sensory input and relieving any pain or stress.
