It is a scam (PERIOD). Posts like this appear to be targetted at facebook local buy / selling groups.
If the poster's name doesn't give it away then just believe "what sounds too good to be true isn't true".
This is a phishing scam where the scammer collects personal data about yourself.
As soon as anyone replies, and they do, you then get a message like
Congratulations,, You Win ,,,, Sign Up Now To Get Paid your Aldi £200
This will then take you via a link that will collect your personal data. Whilst maybe not asking for bank or credit card details you will be providing a lot of personal information that will be used to target further scams.

I think the only safest local Facebook selling page is Southport buy sell and swop it’s been going for years and beats the others that are basically copies of this one that only have around 5,000 users. Southport buy sell and swop have well over 60,000 and the owner and moderators don’t just let anyone join, many local Facebook pages and groups have tried to join Southport buy sell and swop but been rejected because it is its own little safe well managed community. And there’s some good stuff on there for sale.

"If the poster's name doesn't give it away ...."
So, as he's evidently a foreigner, he must be a criminal?
