The Insolvency Service are aware that people are receiving emails with the subject line of Company Investigations Inquiry Notice.
These emails have not been sent by the Insolvency Service.
If you receive an email like this you should delete it. Do not click on any links contained in the message as users are forwarded to a site that downloads malware.
Information on protecting yourself from cyber fraud and where to report it is available from Action Fraud, the national fraud and cyber crime reporting centre.
Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with any issues regarding these fake emails.

Had one, deleted it, end of story.
I can understand if your business is having problems, this could could catch out
someone in a worried state of mind.
As all these scams are disgraceful the authors should be executed in public.
