High winds from the tail end of Storm Brian have damaged the hoarding around the new French Restaurant on the corner of Nevill Street.

The road is closed until the debris is cleared away.

Good job no one was hurt by that hoarding, builders cutting corners as usual. Properly erected and braced hoarding should not have come down so easily.

Wonder what the rest of the build quality is going to be like????

It's a temporary structure built on a very windy corner, in a storm. Don't really see the relevance to built quality inside the shop. But I guess every ones an expert (inc. myself I guess).

If it was the result of bad workman ship or bad specification someone should be held accountable.

It could have been fatal for someone just going about their business,
