Merseyside Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing a man who has failed to attend court to be sentenced for child neglect.

Anthony Morgan, also known as Anthony Murphy, has links to the Liverpool and Southport areas of Merseyside.

The 40-year-old has previously lived in Ullet Road and Rocky Lane in Liverpool but has recently been seen in the Lord Street area of Southport.

Anyone who has seen him or knows who he is should call Merseyside Police on 0151 777 4848 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Are we allowed to beat the **** out of him first.......

He failed to show up in court to be "sentenced" which means he was found guilty at a previous hearing...read the story before you post!

I have read the post actually, and more to the point have thoroughly understood its content.

I suggest that it is yourself who has missed the point I made with reference to your advice to " kicking the **** " out of an individual who MAY POSSIBLY resemble the accused, but not necessarily so.

Apparently he was on holiday in Portugal where he left his daughter unattended in an apartment while he went out to dinner with friends. When he returned to the appartment his daughter had been abducted, obvious neglect. No wait that was another case !!!!!
